A-A MMC has been engaged in excavation & hauling and, in parallel, dam construction since 2018. Over the course of our work we have delivered projects at the Gadabay gold mine, the Aghdara Damirli copper–molybdenum mine, the Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway, Lachin International Airport, and the Kalbajar–Lachin and Khudafarin–Gubadly–Lachin highways.

We have been working with the Gadabay Gold Mine since June 2018. We excavate gold- and copper-bearing raw rock and haul 370,000 tonnes to the ore pad every month — 4,440,000 tonnes per year, recorded and handed over to the client.

Since 2025 we have worked as main contractor to the parent company on the Damirli Copper–Molybdenum Mine project of Azerbaijan International Mining Company Limited in the Aghdara district. The project provides for hauling 98 million tonnes of ore and waste rock, of which 24 million tonnes have been completed to date. More than 700 of our employees work on the project around the clock.

We work with international partners such as Azerbaijan International Mining Company Limited and deliver projects on time and to a high standard. The section of the Ahmadbayli–Fuzuli–Shusha highway entrusted to us was successfully delivered in just 6 months.
