A-A MMC has been working with the Gadabay Gold Mine since 21 June 2018 — our longest-running project.
At the mine, we excavate gold- and copper-bearing raw rock and haul 370,000 tonnes to the ore pad every month. We also load the waste rock produced during processing, haul it to the waste rock dump, and carry out reclamation of the waste rock storage areas. Over the year, 4,440,000 tonnes are recorded and handed over to the client.
Between 1 July 2018 and 30 December 2018 we loaded and hauled 1,000,000 m³ of raw material and waste. In addition, between 1 November 2019 and 8 October 2020 we loaded and hauled 5,640,000 m³ of ground for the bank-reinforcement works (stage 5a) at the wet tailings storage facility located below the village of Soyudlu in the Gadabay district.
Since February 2024, working with Azerbaijan International Mining Company Limited, we load and haul 240,000–270,000 tonnes of ore per month at the Gadabay gold mine site, and additionally haul 220,000–260,000 m³ of ground per month to the wet tailings storage facility.
